Cornish Pisky Pal Pisky Trails 2022

Posted on Leave a comment

Many of you will have already enjoyed Pisky Trails this year. Every school holiday we have a different selection of Cornish Pisky Pals hiding in the pretty fishing village of Coverack, in the West of Cornwall, to form a Pisky Trail.

For those of you who don’t know where Coverack is this page for our illustrated children’s book Pisky Treasure gives you a bit more information.

A Pisky Trail costs £2.50 and is available from Coverack Village Stores or The Old Mill Shop, Coverack during normal opening hours.

The Pisky Trail guides you to the hiding Piskies, each of whom is displaying their name. The first letter of the Piskies name will spell out a mystery Pisky phrase, this changes for each Pisky Trail.

To complete the Pisky Trail simply write the mystery Pisky phrase on your Pisky Trail and return it to Coverack Village Stores or The Old Mill Shop, Coverack.

With every Pisky Trail there is a Cornish Pisky Pal sticker, that you can wear with pride.

Each returned Pisky Trails will be entered into a prize draw, one lucky winner will win their own Cornish Pisky Pal that can be chosen from our on line shop.

Cornish Pisky Pals in Coverack during the Summer holidays

Posted on Leave a comment

There are lots of ways to enjoy piskies this summer. If you are lucky enough to be in the West of Cornwall we have two different Pisky Trails in Coverack Village, the first is available daily from 15th July until 10th August. The Piskies then regroup, some have their own summer holiday, others are out hiding in different places in Coverack every day from 12th August until 6th September 2021 for the late Summer Pisky Trail.

You can buy your Pisky Trail (£2.50) from Coverack Village Stores or The Old Mill Shop in Coverack, this will guide you to the piskies hiding in the Village. No need to book, complete the Pisky Trail in your own time, space and pace! All piskies are behind glass and we ask you don’t touch the area around the pisky to help keep everyone safe.

Our Cornish Pisky Pal Summer newsletter is now available, those of you who have signed up for our newsletter you should have received it this week, please let us know if you have not.

The newsletter updates you on our two new Cornish Pisky Pals. Steren is our new little Cornish Pisky Pal for 2021. Steren is the Cornish word for star, thank you to Sally who suggested the name on Instagram. Dressed in Teal and Purple, Steren loves the night sky!

‘Hope’ is a limited edition Pisky, dressed in Rainbow colours, starting with red shoes and finished with a purple hat. Just one batch of these little Piskies has been made and when they are gone they are gone, our stock is down to single figures now! (Hero was a new Cornish Pisky Pal from 2020 who is also dressed in rainbow colours but in a different order. Starting with purple shoes and finished with a red hat!). Hope is only available from our website and Pisky HQ.

Through the Summer, Pisky H.Q. will be open by request to buy Pisky products. We have made some safety alterations to keep us all as safe as possible, transactions will take place in the under cover area outside Pisky H.Q. Our complete range of Pisky products are available: from every little Pisky character, Pisky book, pisky accessories and much more!  Please get in touch to arrange a mutually convenient time to visit Pisky HQ., situated near Coverack on the Lizard Peninsula, Cornwall.

Our Summer newsletter includes a photo of some Piskies hiding in hydrangea flowers, obviously we are not going to tell you just yet how many Piskies are hiding! However our next blog will give you the answer. Our Pisky story reveals one of the Piskies favorite summer fruits.
